Martin Kucera

Director - Continuous Improvement & IT

Martin Kucera is Taqeef’s Director for Continuous Improvement and Information Technology, reporting to CHRO Suzanne Bacha. He is responsible for devising and implementing continuous improvement strategies which promote operational excellence, business growth and the delivery of Taqeef’s corporate goals. His remit also encompasses the implementation of company-wide business improvements and efficiencies through IT innovation.

Martin joined Taqeef in March 2019 following a 30-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard where he held a number of technical and sales leadership roles for the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Central Europe. A strategic business partner, he has a wide portfolio of experience in corporate transformation in emerging and changing markets.

Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
