CoolCare Protection Plan

Congratulations. Your Taqeef supplied unit comes with our 5 year CoolCare Protection Plan which covers the cost of all labour and replacement parts against manufacturing defects, subject to the following details:

  • To qualify for the CoolCare Plan your product must be registered within 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • The unit must be installed, maintained and operated as per the manufacturer’s manual.
  • The Plan starts from the date of invoice.
  • The Plan covers the replacement of original components only against manufacturer defects. It does not cover cleaning or preventative maintenance.
  • The Plan only covers units supplied by Taqeef or their authorised distributers.

What’s covered

If during the Plan term you submit a valid claim by notifying Taqeef that a defect in materials or workmanship has arisen in the covered product, we will repair the product at no charge, or replace the product if needed.

During the Plan term Taqeef will also provide you with access to telephone based technical support.

Non warranty call-outs will be subject to a 150DHS fee.

What’s not covered

  • Excessive wear of those units which do not have adequate capacity for the cooling space.
  • Preventative maintenance, cleaning or defects due to normal wear and tear.
  • Battery replacement or functionality issues due to user misuse.
  • Units featuring non-original spare parts, extras or accessories.
  • Damage or defects relating to, or arising from, electrical issues including power fluctuations or incorrect voltage or current supply.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Gas.
