We’re restless in our drive to develop smarter ways of using emerging technologies to our clients’ advantage. So, we’ll interrogate, re-engineer and re-design where necessary to create systems, plans and budgets which reflect global best practice. We also create energy saving proposals as standard, to ensure energy conservation measures (ECMs) and payback periods are commercially and environmentally sound.

And we don’t do this alone, as we’re fortunate to be able to draw on our brand partners’ expertise to create fit-for-purpose designs. We also use industry intelligence – as well as commissioning our own – to ensure the equipment size, layout, airflow calculation, ventilation, acoustic study and environmental impact is the best it can be.

We’re using technology to transform the customer service and operational efficiencies at our business.

This includes smart-stocking our 42,000 square metre inventory and warehousing facility. Here we hold a minimum of 100,000 Air Conditioning units (the biggest in the region) to ensure the quickest, most convenient turn-around time for new order requirements.

Our spare parts stocking procedure is also digitalised and intuitive, guaranteeing our customers a speedy and simple resolution to maintenance issues.

We undertake a variety of new AC installation work, partnering with project teams, main contractors or directly with clients to discover, define and implement customised cooling solutions.

From the supply of simple unit fittings to the intricacies of full turnkey assignments, our approach is always collaborative and always customer-focused.

We’ve elevated HVAC after sales in the region to new levels, arming our teams with intelligent tools to provide a service that’s unrivaled.

We’ve revolutionised our reporting and repair procedures by making them digital and interactive. Our 44 technical teams use real-time maintenance logs and digital images of inspection sites to deliver detailed and immediate cross-departmental updates. This allows us to run synchronised system diagnostics, and provide proactive maintenance

Taqeef has partnered with the world’s leaders in Air Conditioning technology to give our customers the best user experience and the best technical know-how. Our in-house engineers are supported by over 30 locally based industry specialists from our international brand partners in Japan and China. It’s a powerful combination that delivers advanced support at every project stage; from design to installation. And of course, we’ll use the latest technology – including CFD simulation and unit performance data – as standard to guarantee superb efficiency and efficacy.

Training

In 2015 we opened our own three million AED training and development facility in Dubai. Here, we run VRF, product, technology and servicing training to empower our own staff to be even more productive. We also run training academies for customers, contractors or other industry stakeholders where we deliver personalised solutions to help them understand and manage their own cooling systems more effectively. Our advanced support also extends to control system on-site training, so that the smart technology on Taqeef supplied systems is always used to its full advantage.

Maintenance

We pride ourselves on the longevity of our products, and work with many clients on preventative maintenance contracts tailored to their needs. We also offer 24-hour support, training and knowledge-share where necessary.

At Taqeef, we’re committed to driving the environmental agenda in the region through innovation and investment.

We’re leading the industry with our new environmental programmes and partnerships which develop greener, cleaner cooling solutions. We’re driving professional development with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Energy Services Company (ESCO) accreditation. We’re also surpassing industry standards with our new eco products. And, we’re the first to have our entire product range endorsed by Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) and Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC).

We’re even going beyond our legislative duties, working with organisations such as Eurovent and Emirates Green Building Council, to find solutions to the industry’s biggest environmental challenges. And, through strategic investment in three key areas – appliance standards and labelling, building retrofit, and district cooling – we’re making real the vision of The Dubai Integrated Energy Strategy 2030 (DIES2030).
